Hewn & Iron makes industrial lighting to order in Hampshire, using black iron metalwork and reclaimed timber across two collections. For pubs, bars and restaurants, start with the atmosphere you want and the practical demands of each area: counters, dining tables, seating corners and circulation routes may need different lighting.

Choose designs around your layout

The Sentry is a single pendant with an approximately 300 mm factory-inspired shade. The Duet uses a compact 550 mm crossbar with two hanging lamps, while the Forge spans approximately 700 mm with three exposed lamps. For a timber focal point, the Gantry has a 900 mm reclaimed beam and three lamps.

The Original Pipe table lamps offer a smaller-scale starting point for consoles or seating areas. Suitability, positioning, electrical requirements and any project-specific documentation must be confirmed for the actual installation.

Multiple pieces, custom dimensions and finishes

Enquire about supplying several collection designs or adapting a design to your scheme. Include the quantities for each area and the finish you have in mind. Reclaimed timber naturally varies, including between pieces ordered together. If a coordinated finish or an exact dimension is essential, make it part of the brief before the specification is agreed.

Plan around your programme

Tell us your opening or refurbishment date, delivery postcode and access restrictions. Larger quantities and bespoke variations may need longer than the usual collection delivery timeframe. Production capacity, delivery arrangements and project timing are confirmed in the quotation; a website enquiry does not reserve a production slot.
