How enquiries, product specifications and the introductory offer work.

Enquiries and orders

This website is an enquiry catalogue, not an online checkout. Preparing a form or sending a message does not take payment or confirm an order. The specification, full price, delivery charge, estimated lead time and applicable order terms are agreed before payment.

Prices and the launch offer

£20 off each product for the first 10 confirmed orders across both collections. Delivery is quoted separately. We confirm offer eligibility before accepting your order. The allowance is £20 per collection product within an eligible order, not £20 per enquiry. Bespoke work is individually quoted. Catalogue PDFs show standard prices; the eligible launch prices are displayed on the website. An enquiry alone does not reserve a place in the first ten confirmed orders.

Materials and specifications

Dimensions are approximate and reclaimed timber naturally varies. Product images show a design, not a guarantee of identical grain or colour. Agree any exact measurement or finish requirement in writing before ordering.

Payment and delivery

Payment instructions and any staged payment arrangement are provided with your quotation. Do not send payment-card details through the enquiry form or WhatsApp. See delivery and lead times and returns and cancellations. These pages do not remove statutory consumer rights.
