Delivery & Lead Times

Every design is available to order and individually made after the details are agreed.

Delivery is quoted for your location.

Product prices exclude delivery. The charge depends on the item, quantity, delivery location and access requirements. Include your postcode in the enquiry; for larger pieces, mention stairs, restricted access or any delivery constraints.

Small lamps and larger pieces

Table lamps are quoted according to their destination and order details. Pendants, oversized and bespoke pieces need a separate assessment of size, handling and delivery arrangements. Ask us to confirm whether delivery to your location is available before ordering.

When will my order be ready?

There is no single lead time for every design. Your estimated completion date and delivery arrangements are confirmed before payment. Tell us about a deadline at the enquiry stage; do not book installation around an unconfirmed date.

You will be given the product specification, item price, delivery charge and estimated timing to review. An enquiry is not a paid order.
