The guided form

The form prepares a message in your browser. It does not submit your details to a website inbox or create an order record. When you choose email or WhatsApp, the details are transferred to that service; you still need to send the message there. Avoid entering sensitive information or payment-card details.

Information used for your request

Your name, contact details, product choice, postcode and message are used to answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation. Information necessary to take steps at your request before a contract, or to fulfil an agreed order, is processed for those purposes. Order records may also need to be retained to meet legal obligations. Contact us to ask about retention for your particular records.

Website and external services

The website uses hosted infrastructure and Google Fonts, which can receive technical information such as your IP address when resources load. Email and WhatsApp operate under their own privacy terms. This site’s form code does not save the entered details in browser storage or add them to a marketing list.
