No universal certification claim

Design images and a list of components are not evidence of a particular safety test or certification. If your project needs compliance documents or specific ratings, include those requirements with your enquiry so the appropriate information can be confirmed.

Ceiling-mounted lighting

Use a qualified electrician for fixed lighting. The ceiling structure, fixing method, final weight and suspension arrangement must suit the actual installation. Do not rely on the catalogue image to assess the ceiling’s load capacity.

Using your lamp

Follow the instructions supplied with the finished piece. Do not use a damaged cable or fitting. Do not assume dimmer compatibility, outdoor suitability or a bathroom rating unless explicitly confirmed for your product.
