Are all designs available to order?
Yes. All 11 products across the Original Pipe and Foundry collections are available to order and individually made. No ready-to-dispatch stock is implied.
How does the introductory offer work?
£20 off each product for the first 10 confirmed orders across both collections. Delivery is quoted separately. We confirm offer eligibility before accepting your order.
Are bulbs included?
Yes. The bulb type and quantity supplied are listed on every product page and in both updated booklets. Confirm the finished electrical specification before ordering or substituting a bulb.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is quoted separately according to the item, quantity, destination and access. Include your postcode when enquiring.
How long will my order take?
Usual delivery is 8–14 days from order confirmation. Bespoke changes, larger quantities, remote locations or access requirements may take longer; your confirmed timing is provided before payment.
Can I choose a finish?
Original Pipe designs offer Natural, Dark Oak or Weathered. Foundry finishes vary by design: see the relevant product page for the listed options. Ask about other variations before ordering.
Can I request custom dimensions?
Yes, you can enquire about a bespoke variation. Feasibility, price and timing are confirmed individually.
Does the form place an order?
No. It prepares a request which you then send using email or WhatsApp. No payment is taken on this website.
Can I visit a showroom?
There is no public walk-in showroom listed. Contact us first to discuss any meeting arrangements.
