Are all designs available to order?
Yes. All 11 collection designs are offered on a made-to-order basis, not as ready-to-dispatch stock. Your specification and lead time are confirmed before payment.
How does the introductory offer work?
£20 off each product for the first 10 confirmed orders across both collections. Delivery is quoted separately. We confirm offer eligibility before accepting your order.
Are bulbs included?
No. Bulbs are not included. Confirm the compatible bulb type and rating for your finished fitting before buying bulbs.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is quoted separately according to the item, quantity, destination and access. Include your postcode when enquiring.
How long will my order take?
We confirm your estimated completion date before payment. A universal production window is not currently advertised.
Can I choose a finish?
Original Pipe designs offer Natural, Dark Oak or Weathered. Foundry designs offer Natural Oak, Dark Walnut or Charred Black. Ask about other variations before ordering.
Is Foundry the same as Collection Two?
Yes. Foundry is the new name for Collection Two. The existing downloadable booklet still carries the earlier title.
Can I request custom dimensions?
Yes, you can enquire about a bespoke variation. Feasibility, price and timing are confirmed individually.
Does the form place an order?
No. It prepares a request which you then send using email or WhatsApp. No payment is taken on this website.
Can I visit a showroom?
There is no public walk-in showroom listed. Contact us first to discuss any meeting arrangements.
