Contact us with your order details if you need to cancel, return a piece or report a problem.
Standard designs ordered remotely
For a standard, non-personalised item bought online, by email or by telephone, you normally have 14 days after delivery to tell us you wish to cancel, followed by 14 days to return it. Making a standard design after an order is placed does not, by itself, remove cancellation rights.
Personalised and genuinely bespoke pieces
The change-of-mind cancellation right may not apply to goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised. Any applicable exception must be explained before you order. Your rights if goods are faulty or not as described still apply.
How to contact us
Email hello@hewnandiron.co.uk with your name, order reference and whether you are cancelling or reporting a fault. Photographs can help explain damage, but are not a condition of notifying us. Ask for return instructions before sending an item.
Refunds and return arrangements
Eligible cancellation refunds include standard outbound delivery. Refunds may be withheld until the goods or evidence of return are received, as permitted by law. Return costs and arrangements will be explained before purchase. Nothing on this website limits your statutory consumer rights.
